Warehouse Supervisor

Ensure excellent receiving, identifying, storing, dispatching, and quality control to achieve high customer satisfaction. Monitor warehouse performance, accuracy of inventory/transactions, and maintain complete documentation and reports. Lead, coach, and allocate workload for warehouse teams; determine staffing levels and conduct daily shift meetings. Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve issues, maintain smooth inbound/outbound operations, and support site communication activities. Review trends, identify gaps, improve procedures, and update training plans while addressing training/qualification needs. Act as key operational contact during assigned shifts, overseeing safety, people, and overall warehouse performance. Qualification

Good understanding of warehousing/logistics operations, including experience handling bonded zone warehouses, and experience with WMS. Strong customer focus with solid analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Proven leadership with ability to plan, take ownership, and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written business communication skills, preferably able to communicate in English. Knowledge of recruitment, coaching, termination practices, and legal compliance; able to handle varied situations with minimal supervision. Willing to be placed in Semarang.
