PERFORMANCE MARKETING ADS SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to be part of the excellence journey of our fast-growing education institutions. This role will be responsible to design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, display, social media, CRM, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities Develop, research, and execute lead generation campaigns across all paid digital channels including Google AdWords, META Ads, and other digital platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement; generate regular performance reports for stakeholders. Coming up with the best solutions and strategy to maximize ROI such as conducting A/B testing, competitor research, and audiences' feedback.

Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across channels while maximizing ROI.

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Supervisor and Social Media Team to enhance organic traffic and optimize paid search strategies for maximum visibility and performance.

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall campaign effectiveness.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and adhere to industry best practices.

Composing, analyzing, and organizing the performance data and offer the insights to the team.

Requirements Min. Bachelor's degree in any field.

Min. 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing, background from start-up, agency, or educational industry is preferred.

Willing to Work From Office in the Pluit area.

Strong brand ownership with the will to grow the company together.

Strong analytical skills with a keen sensitivity to data.

Punctual, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
