Senior Sales Assistant

Responsibilities Supervise and lead a sales team to meet performance targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor sales trends, implement strategies to drive revenue, and contribute to data analysis and improvement initiatives. Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment, and opening/closing procedures. Collaborate with management to optimize inventory and enhance overall store performance.
