Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel background Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferable Ability to create innovative, artistic, and high-quality pastry and bakery products Skilled in designing and executing showpiece displays for events and presentations Strong knowledge and application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards Knowledge in Pastry, Bakery, Boutique and Ala carte A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and professional attitude Experience in Asia
