Job Title: Villa Assistant/Coordinator Bali Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Property Manager Location: Bali Role Purpose: Your main focus will be to manage Cove’s properties and improve the tenant's experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience

Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations

Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins

Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners

Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations

Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio

Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA

Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses

Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time

Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities

What makes you a great fit:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major (Hospitality background is a plus)

Fresh graduate from Hospitality background are welcomed

Experience in hospitality or property management

Eagerness to learn and a quick learner

Core Skills/Competencies:

Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skills

Consumer empathy

High drive for results

Ability to be flexible deal with ambiguity

Resourceful and have high initiative

High energy
