Job Description As a Country HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Collaborating with department heads to identify workforce needs and succession planning.

Monitoring and managing performance appraisal processes effectively.

Leading learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills.

Providing strategic HR advice to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant A successful Country HR Manager should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Eight until 10 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR within holding company with multiple entities in hospitality sectors

Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
