Minimal 5 years in the same field. Doing CRM marketing in infant formula milk brand or FMCG brand.

Training & Certification: CRM Operation , Awards

English is a must, Mandarin is priority

Striving to be better, good emotional control, consumer oriented thinking, analytical thinking, problem solving & innovation, communication & collaboration, leadership & team management

Required Competencies (Technical Competencies): strategy business thinking, content writing & copywriting, budget management & data analysis.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and lifecycle management to drive user growth, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Customer Experience & Engagement: Design and optimize customer journey, lead personalized communication, and build strong brand communities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis & System Management: Integrate and analyze multi-channel customer data, manage CRM systems, and generate insights to support marketing decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to convert insights into sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Localization: Ensure customer data management complies with local regulations and aligns with cultural and market needs.
