**Main Responsibilities** * Working with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement ( ie. CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance* Leading financial process for Tea & Savory factory related but not limited to:

+ Monthly rolling COGP forecast

+ Savings tracking and governance

+ Month end closing, including cost variance analysis

+ Annual business planning

+ Consol Nutrition's Reporting* Leading factory related business cases – working with multifunctional team* Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges **Experience & Qualification** * More than 2 years of working experience* Bachelor's in accounting / finance**Skill** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point* High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders* Strong Communication skills* Good analytical skills and high accuracy* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English**Leadership** * You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
