Director of Operations

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering from reputable University

2. Minimum 10 years experience in a management role in the construction industry

3. Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin will be a plus

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills

5. Have good interpersonal relationship, analytical, problem solving, and result oriented

7. Have ability to manage team to reach company target

8. Have good knowledge in technically & project management

Job Responsibilities

1. Being an intermediary between the leadership /top management in the processing of the company

2. Able and responsive to company problems and have problem solving analysis

3. Able to provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit

4. Understand and be able to supervise subordinates and all employees to comply with the SOPs that have been set by the company

5. Supervise all departments and must be able to work well together to solve problems and also help with problems that arise

6. Responsibility in formulating and managing company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional departmental activities to implement long-term goals for business growth and profitability goals achievement

7. To lead, develop and build a high performing operation team committed to and engaged in the company’s target, vision, mission and value

8. Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations

9. Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

10. Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives

11. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

12. Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders

13. Design, implement and execute project plan, including: budget, work system, timeline schedule and work method
