Placement Industry: Banking Location: SCBD, Jakarta – Full WFO Contract Duration: 12 Months (PKWT) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Availability: 1 Month notice

Key Responsibilities

Design and enhance cutting-edge services using Go (Golang) with high standards for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.

Build and deploy modern, high-performance web applications using ReactJS/NextJS, Typescript, Redux, Webpack, and ES6.

Collaborate with the engineering team to explore and create new system designs and architectures geared towards scale and performance.

Participate in code reviews and design reviews to maintain high development standards.

Perform software performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.

Work closely with product and UX teams to define and prototype feature specifications.

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build and scale backend services.

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production issues.

Debug, analyze, and fix complex large-scale systems serving high volumes of users.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Backend Developer, or Frontend Developer.

Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, system internals, and networking.

Experience in developing large-scale, high-traffic applications.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Strong programming skills in:

Go (Golang)

ReactJS / NextJS

Typescript
