Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders

Handle negotiation and closing deals

Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports

Work closely with marketing and production teams

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales (retail fashion industry preferred)

Experience in export market development is a strong advantage

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Target‑oriented and highly self‑motivated

Willing to travel (domestic & international)
