Position QC/QA Manager (Quality Control & Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).

Ensure all quality processes and documentation are up to date and meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.

Implement and monitor control plans, statistical process controls, and other QC tools.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.

Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Collaborate with production and R&D to establish product quality standards and specifications.

Act as the main point of contact for quality-related customer inquiries and complaints.

Ensure timely resolution of customer quality issues and communicate corrective actions effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.

Advanced degree or certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.

Minimum of 5‑8 years of experience in quality assurance/control in the

Flexible packaging industry .

Proven experience in a leadership role within a QA/QC department.

In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, etc).
