Sales Development Representative (SDR)

drives top-of-funnel pipeline creation across enterprise and mid-market accounts in the AMEA region. This role goes beyond traditional prospecting. The SDR engages prospects through personalized outreach, leads discovery conversations, and confidently delivers introductory demos or presentations that convert interest into qualified opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Marketing teams to align messaging, qualify prospects, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Generate Execute 40–60 targeted outbound touches daily via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Book at least 15 qualified first meetings per month with Account Executives or Sales Engineers. Create opportunities through personalized, research-driven outreach and digital selling. Maintain focus on high-quality engagements that progress prospects through the funnel.

Discover Run structured discovery to identify customer challenges, key initiatives, and success criteria. Go beyond appointment-setting by delivering introductory demos or presentations that showcase Trend Micro's value. Collaborate with AEs and SEs to define next steps and ensure high-quality CRM documentation.

Engage Craft personalized, insight-driven emails and LinkedIn messages tailored to industries and personas. Use data, market research, and customer stories to communicate value effectively. Plan and execute account-based marketing initiatives focused on platform adoption and customer success. Share market and competitive insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 15 qualified meetings per month per SDR. ≥40% conversion rate from first meetings to demos. High opportunity acceptance rate from AEs/SEs with complete discovery notes. Accurate and timely CRM data management.

What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology. A Master Digital Seller with the ability to research digitally, identify market trends, and analyze influencing factors affecting prospects. Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders across Indonesia and the AMEA region. Proven success in building pipeline and converting conversations into qualified opportunities. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and engagement platforms. Understanding of cybersecurity concepts or the willingness to learn them quickly. Self-driven, curious, and organized with strong time management skills.

Nice To Have Experience running introductory demos, presentations, or first-touch walkthroughs. Familiarity with account-based marketing or multi-threaded outreach.

Reporting Structure Reports to the SDR Manager, collaborating daily with Regional Sales, SE Leadership, and Marketing teams. Location & Schedule Based in Jakarta Indonesia; hybrid work model. Works Indonesia time zone with structured weekly reviews and forecast sessions.
