Financial Control & Compliance . This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the strengthening of internal control systems across entities.

Main Responsibilities • Ensure technical accounting compliance (PSAK / IFRS) • Handle multi-entity consolidation & intercompany elimination • Strengthen governance and internal control framework • Identify, escalate, and monitor remediation of non-compliance issues • Conduct SOP compliance validation • Review financial statements prior to Board submission • Design and document accounting policies • Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or financial control • Background from Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

is mandatory • Experience in manufacturing company preferred • Experience handling consolidation (multi-entity) preferred • Strong knowledge of PSAK / IFRS • Strong understanding of consolidation and intercompany elimination • Experience preparing audit-ready financial statements • Strong understanding of internal control framework • Ability to identify control gaps and recommend remediation • Familiar with inventory valuation principles in manufacturing • High integrity with strong governance mindset • Detail-oriented with strong control awareness • Strong risk sensitivity and professional skepticism • Independent judgment and structured documentation approach • Strong accountability and compliance orientation • Ability to escalate issues appropriately
