Qualifications Education vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies Experience as Hotel or Building Technician for at least 1-2 years in the same field Experienced with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Practical and theoretical skills in cold-storage, air-conditioning and electricity Experienced in handling Hotel Technicians such as Elevators, Generators, Electrical Panels, Fire Alarms, Water Heaters, Kitchen Equipment Able to prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations Planning and Strategical ability to ensure the smooth running of all the hotel's technical processes and installations
