Job Description
PT Mivi Kaco Global is looking for a KOC Specialist who understands TikTok and Instagram, especially within the Fashion, Shoes, and Lifestyle categories. You will be responsible for sourcing talents, managing content, and executing KOC campaigns to support brand growth.
What you'll be doing
Research, identify, and build relationships with KOC talents in the Fashion/Shoes/Lifestyle categories.
Plan and execute KOC campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
Maintain and update the companyโs KOC/talent database.
Negotiate and manage collaborations with talents (briefing, samples, storyboard, revisions, and posting).
Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in KOC/KOL/Influencer Marketing (preferably from a digital marketing or agency background).
Strong understanding of the TikTok and Instagram talent landscape.
Has an existing database of KOC/KOL talents, especially in Fashion/Shoes/Lifestyle.
Good network of talents in relevant categories.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiar with social media and influencer marketing tools.
