Responsibilities

Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal-humidity environment control, rapid cooling/heating, low-temperature heating performance, high-efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants.

Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality.

Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts.

Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements.

Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions.

Manage project workflows throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency.

Major in Energy Engineering, Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Proficiency in various design and development software.

Strong learning capabilities, embodying humility, openness, inclusivity, and innovation, along with teamwork awareness and excellent communication skills.
