Job Description We are looking for a data‑driven sales professional to support market analysis, strategy development, and partner outreach.

Responsibilities

Input, review, and analyze data.

Extract insights on market trends and sales.

Expertise in data mining and advanced spreadsheet operations.

Maintain strong communication with distributors.

Create effective strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify new customers and potential business partners/clients.

Execute sales action plans and collaborate with marketing for advertisements.

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing Sales & Marketing programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales supervisor, preferably in Consumer Goods or the Cigarette Industry, or a related field.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience handling GT channels.

Willingness to work from HQ (Jakarta) and frequent business travel.

Experience in East Java/Bali‑Nusra/Sulawesi area is a plus.
