Technical Sales Specialist - Seafood

Job ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets by monitoring performance and executing effective strategies.Prepare and update sales forecasts; compare with actual results by product and feed size.Acquire new customers to grow market share.Maintain strong relationships with key and high-potential customers.Conduct farm visits to monitor feed performance and provide technical support.Carry out promotions, product demos, and customer consultations.Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Warehouse, Quality, Sales) on availability, quality, and evaluations. RequirementsDiploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Feed Technology, or related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in Technical Sales or Field Technical (aquaculture industry).Strong knowledge of shrimp farming (water quality, feed management, animal health, biosecurity).Able to analyze customer needs and provide data-driven solutions.Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willing to be placed and travel within East Java (Probolinggo, Pasuruan, Jember).
