Job Description The Senior Manager leads the overall strategy and execution of merchant acquisition and partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen Indodanaโ€™s market position. This role requires

strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to build high-impact partnerships

while developing a capable team to deliver sustainable business results.

Develop and execute partnership strategies to strengthen Indodanaโ€™s market presence and drive revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and brand partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.

Lead negotiations to secure marketing funds, promotional subsidies, and co-branding opportunities

Oversee and guide the Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and merchant programs.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Tech) for seamless program/product implementation.

Monitor account performance, analyze data, and optimize partnership outcomes.

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to build a capable and result-oriented partnerships team.

Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or related fields.

Masterโ€™s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

Minimum 5โ€“8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.

Proven track record in leading large teams, developing business strategies, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail ecosystems, with strong awareness of market trends and competitive dynamics.

Experience in high-level negotiations and building long-term strategic partnerships with national or corporate merchants.

Digital Proficiency : Advanced in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting, analytics, and strategic presentations.

Communication & Negotiation : Exceptional persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to secure impactful partnerships.

Networking : Proven experience in fintech, retail, and multimedia to unlock new business opportunities.

Language Skills : Fluent in English (oral and written) for effective business communication.
