Qualifications
Minimum D3/Bachelorโs degree in any major
At least 1 year of experience as a Frontliner, Receptionist, or Guest Relations Officer
Professional appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced in handling customers through multiple channels (walk-in, phone, chat, and digital platforms)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Serve as the first point of contact and ensure patients receive service aligned with company standards
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
Manage reservations, patient administration, and payment processes
