Padma Managed Care is an integrated premium healthcare concierge operating two service lines:

Padma Care

serves expatriates and international clients across Bali, providing end-to-end medical support so members never have to navigate the healthcare system alone.

Crew Care

serves Indonesian seafarers returning home from international assignments who require medical assistance, rehabilitation, and monitoring until they are fit to return to work.

The Role You are our primary clinical presence in the field. Prioritized for Padma Care's home visits and on-call services, you deliver hands‑on nursing care at members' homes, assist the doctor during physician visits, and accompany members to specialist consultations when needed. Depending on operational needs, you will also be deployed to support Crew Care patients.

You work independently, represent Panama Managed Care directly to members and patients, and are often the most visible face of our clinical service.

What You'll Do On‑Call Service

Administer vaccinations, injections (IM, IV), and IV infusions at members' homes

Bridge tele-consultations — perform basic physical assessment and relay findings to the physician in real time

Basic wound care and wound evaluation

Assist the doctor during home physician visits when required

Concierge & Specialist Accompaniment

Accompany Padma Care members to specialist consultations — follow the discussion, ask clarifying questions, and relay findings accurately to the case manager

Perform phlebotomy, wound care, and other nursing procedures at home

Support Crew Care patients as back‑up nurse

General

Document all encounters accurately and promptly

Maintain proper medication handling and cold chain integrity

Recognise clinical deterioration and upscale appropriately

What We're Looking For Must-have

DIII or S1 Keperawatan with active STR

Minimum 2 years clinical experience (Experience with international or expatriate patient care preferred)

Competent in phlebotomy, IV cannulation, IM/IV injections, and basic wound care

Fluent in speaking professional conversational English

Able to work independently, think on your feet, and stay composed under medical urgency

Nice to have

Experience in home care, concierge, or private healthcare settings

Familiarity with expat culture and communication expectations

Comfort with teleconsult workflows and digital documentation
