Staff Procurement

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement or similar role.

Familiar with computer operations (MS Office, etc.).

Active in English (verbal and written).

Good physical and mental health.

Strong leadership, trustworthy, high integrity and ethics.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Maintain good relationships with vendors.

Involve in mechanical design and wiring/technical drawings.

Sourcing new vendors, including reviewing company legality and capability.

Negotiating with vendors on price and all user requirements.

Follow up and monitor completeness of documents related to payments for each PO to ensure timely payment.

Follow up PR until issuing PO and monitor delivery to meet user requirements.
