Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves promoting products and services, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support abilities Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
