Customer Service Agent – Concentrix, Yogyakarta
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Agent. This full‑time, entry‑level position focuses on delivering excellent support across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Assist customers in navigating products or services, addressing questions, concerns, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
Maintain professionalism and customer‑service etiquette.
Document interactions, capturing inquiry details, solutions, and follow‑up actions.
Meet or exceed performance targets (response time, satisfaction scores, chat volume).
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and other departments.
Requirements
Diploma 3 or bachelor’s degree holder.
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service.
Good proficiency in English (minimum B2).
Awareness of current affairs in applicable markets/countries.
Strong teamwork, engagement, and analytical thinking.
Willingness to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
