SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects (villa/residential projects preferred).

Able to prepare and control BOQ, cost plans, and project cash flow.

Experienced in cost control and budget variance analysis.

Strong understanding of tender processes, bid evaluation, and negotiation with vendors/subcontractors.

Able to read construction drawings and technical specifications.

Experienced in handling variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts.

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Able to coordinate effectively with project teams (PM, Site Manager, Design Team, Procurement, and Accounting).

Proficient in QS/BIM software (Revit, CostX, Cubicost, or similar) is an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willing to work flexible hours to meet project needs.

Willing to be placed in Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali area (near Pura Uluwatu).

Bali domicile is preferred.
