SITE ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION)

Responsibilities

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work; Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards; Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries; To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers; To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule; Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings; To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers; Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship; Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly; Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
