to adapt to a fast-moving product landscape. Own end-to-end design tasks from concept to handoff for assigned features with transparency and accountability. Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs that prioritize user needs. Collaborate closely with UX Writers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences through open and honest communication. Contribute to discovery efforts, using deep empathy to drive user research, problem exploration, and usability testing. Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and iterate on solutions with speed and agility. Produce clear and structured design documentation for seamless engineering handoff. Apply and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and visual quality across the platform. Leverage data, research insights, and product feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve designs in an ever-evolving environment.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Product or Digital Design. Portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped work, and measurable impact. Strong fundamentals in interaction and visual design, with refined aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Empathy-driven decision making: Ability to interpret product data, research findings, and user feedback to solve real user problems. Cross-functional Agility: Experience working effectively within cross-functional product teams. Familiarity with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze or similar). Familiarity with product workflows and tools such as Jira. Good understanding of mobile and web design standards. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills rooted in honest self-reflection and logic. Proficiency in Figma (required). Clear communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

Bonus Points If You Have The Following Skills Experience contributing to user research, accessibility improvements, or design system development. Experience with prototyping or motion tools (Protopie, LottieLabs, Jitter, After Effects). Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or rapid prototyping tools. A strong learning mindset, openness to feedback, and the agility to pivot when a better solution is found.
