Tentang Anak . About The Role The Legal Associate will play a critical role in protecting the company’s legal framework and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will support the Senior Legal in developing and implementing legal strategies that protect the company’s assets, enable business growth, and mitigate risks. Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements (e.g., vendor agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements) to ensure alignment with company objectives, risk mitigation, and long-term business sustainability. Legal Research & Advisory: Support legal research on industry-specific regulations, provide legal advice, and conduct legal analysis related to business compliance or new initiatives. Business & Product Licensing: Assist in obtaining and managing licenses, ensuring compliance with government regulations including OSS, Kementerian Perdagangan, Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital, etc. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Support legal risk management by ensuring adherence to licensing requirements, reporting obligations, and company policies. Intellectual Property: Assist in trademark, copyright, and patent registrations, including enforcement actions. Administrative Legal Support: Provide legal support for administrative processes, documentation, and filings. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university. Minimum 3–4 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm. Exposure to business licensing processes; FMCG experience preferred. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Able to work independently and foster cross-functional collaboration. Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
