National Casual Leasing Specialist (Lippo Mall Head Office) Responsibilities

Drive and achieve casual leasing revenue target

Actively sell and monetize exhibition areas, atriums, and spaces across all malls nationwide

Identify and develop new national and local exhibition tenants/brands

Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, event organizers, agencies, and brand principals

Conduct regular mall visits across Indonesia to ensure optimal space utilization and revenue performance

Monitor sales pipeline, prepare casual leasing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms

Collaborate closely with Mall Casual Leasing Teams and Mall Management

Provide performance analysis and strategic recommendations to maximize occupancy and revenue

Ensure proper documentation, contract compliance, and reporting

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

Minimum 5–7 years experience in Casual Leasing / Exhibition Sales / Commercial Leasing (mall experience preferred)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Strong networking skills with brands, exhibition tenants, and event organizers

Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Leadership capability and team coordination experience is a plus

Willing to work at Puri, West Jakarta
