HRGA & Legal Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HRGA & Legal SPV to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, and Legal functions

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements

Experience in handling contracts, permits, company legal documents, and external liaison with government institutions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization

Problem-solving and decision making with high attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficient in English (written & spoken)

Responsibilities

Supervise end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR records accurately

Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions: office administration, asset management, vendor management, and company facilities

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives

Become a liaison between departments within the company’s organization

Handle foreign permit: RPTKA, VISA, and other related permits

Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

Ensure company compliance with corporate legal requirements, permits, licenses, and industry regulations

Liaise with external parties including government institutions, legal consultants, and relevant stakeholders

Handle legal disputes, employee issues, and represent the company when needed
