Sparks Preschool is looking for a creative and hands-on

Social & Ads Content Creator

to produce high-impact visual content for our brand’s marketing campaigns. If you love creating short-form videos that spark attention and drive results, this role is perfect for you.

This position focuses on producing

70% ads content

(especially Meta Ads) and

30% organic social content , supporting Sparks Preschool’s growth.

What You Will Do

Produce creative and conversion-focused short-form content specifically for

Sparks Preschool’s paid advertising campaigns .

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content aligned with Sparks’ brand tone and messaging.

Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing & Creative Lead to develop content that supports campaign goals.

Keep up with social media trends to craft engaging, timely, and relevant content for the Sparks audience.

Manage and organize Sparks Preschool’s content library and assets for easy access by the marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or related creative fields.

Experience producing ads-focused content or working in agency-style environments is a strong plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling through both photo and video.

Proficient in shooting and editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe, or similar.

Strong creative eye for visuals, branding, and composition.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
