Marketing Manager - Restaurant/Hospitality
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and print channels (ATL & BTL).
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging and relevant content.
Lead digital marketing strategies including content creation, promotion planning, and performance optimization.
Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure cost efficiency aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales growth and lead generation initiatives.
Manage brand awareness programs, events, bank partnerships, and promotional activations.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
Ensure marketing activities align with company P&L targets and overall business strategy.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience as Marketing Manager in Retail or Hospitality industry with multi-outlet operations.
Strong experience in
data analysis, P&L management , and basic finance/accounting understanding.
Proven exposure in digital marketing strategy, social media management, graphic design, and content creation.
Strong understanding of ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing strategies.
Experience handling events, bank partnerships, promotional production, and brand awareness campaigns.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, reporting).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing marketing for large-scale retail chains or hospitality groups.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
Experience managing marketing team and vendors (agency, production house, etc.).
Creative yet commercially driven approach to marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
