IT SUPPORT FOR AUTOGATE SYSTEM

Overview

This position has responsibility to support daily operation of the autogate system by handling incidents, technical troubleshooting and coordination with stakeholders. Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the Autogate system, including workstations, sensors, gates, cameras, and related infrastructure. Make an initial clarification and forward matters requiring system-level action to designated personnel Provide first-level technical support to users and stakeholders for Autogate issues. Monitor equipment status and operational autogate system, e.g troubleshoot and resolve hardware faults in the Autogate system in a timely. Assist in emergency or manual gate operations according to established procedures, under the supervision designated person. Coordinate with internal and external party to facilitate smooth operations, service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and support. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups for the Autogate system and related components. Maintain operational records of document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in a knowledge base or ticketing system. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with min. GPA 3.00 At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to access control or automation systems (e.g., Autogate, barrier gates, RFID, CCTV) Knowledge of hardware maintenance and basic electronics related to gate automation systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Willingness to work on-site and perform standby/on-call duties if required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA Attention
