Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and ensure data quality from various internal and external sources.

Analyze data using Excel, Big Query, Looker, and create interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational/strategic reports, including handling ad‑hoc data requests.

Collaborate with field teams and management to evaluate performance metrics, provide insights, and calculate KPI-based incentives.

Develop reporting standardization and automation, maintain data confidentiality, and guide interns/team members on data tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics, with 2–5 years of Data Analyst experience (including team coordination).

Proficient in Excel, SQL/Big Query, Power BI/Tableau; Python/R and relevant data analytics certifications are a plus.

Strong understanding of basic statistical methods (correlation, regression, forecasting) and able to solve complex analytical problems.

Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain insights to non‑data users and develop structured data‑based recommendations.

Able to work independently or in a team, guide other members.

Willing to work onsite in Pulomas with mobility across Jabodetabek.
