Sales Consultant

With this mission, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in helping Indonesian children grow confidently in speaking English. Responsibilities

You will contact prospective customers to schedule trial classes, while introducing and promoting our products and services. You will engage in consultative conversations to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. You are expected to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. You will ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are properly recorded in our CRM system.

Qualifications

You are ambitious, have a smiling voice, strong resilience, and are quick to read situations. You have at least 3 years of experience as a telesales consultant (education or B2C background is preferred). You are confident in your English skills, with at least an intermediate level. You are willing to work 6 days a week, with days off on Tuesday or Wednesday.
