Warehouse Supervisor (Pontianak)

Ensure to delivery of goods to dealers according to plan Monitoring product shipments from the Central Warehouse (CWH)/factory to the destination location as planned Ensure warehouse administration runs quickly, precisely and in an orderly manner such as delivery note administration, POD, return administration, etc Performing problem solving on obstacles and problems encountered during the product delivery process from CWH/factory to the destination location Monitoring product returns from dealers until they are returned to CWH Monitoring the return of transport billing documents (POD) Make a daily report (daily stock update, daily product delivery), weekly (petty cash report and cartoon/product damage report), and monthly report (POD reconciliation and monthly direct sales) Control and arrange inbound and outbound in the warehouse according to the plan Carry out regular stock taking according to SOP to ensure that there is no difference between the physical stock in the warehouse and the stock in the system Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Transportation or related At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the same position Required Skill(s): Warehouse operation, Transportation distribution, Vendor management, WMS, TMS, SAP, and Documentation filling Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written AQUA ELEKTRONIK PRODUCT SERVICE & SUPPORT
