is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy categories.

Placement: Pluit, North Jakarta

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain sales and performance reports - Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to generate actionable insights - Support forecasting and demand planning activities - Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement - Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools - Conduct random checks and audits to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within Sales, Commercial, or Trade Marketing functions - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data processing) - Good proficiency in English - Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights for business teams - Experience supporting sales operations, including sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis - Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and business-friendly manner - Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
