Senior Mining Engineer

Manage, monitor, control, and analyse operation data, processes, procedures, and performance onsite to ensure mining improvement processes and tasks are in line with organization goals.

Ensure sustainability of implementation Petrosea standard Operational Excellent as Mining Operation best practises The standards of Petrosea are perfectly sustained.

Coordinate with others function/department head to ensure improvement processes and implementations are running well and follow timeline in onsite. Document responsibility

Analyse operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project. The cost issues are analysed and determined accurately.

Coaching, mentoring, and facilitating all departments on site in achieving improvement targets and projects goal. Improvement targets and projects goals are achieved in a timely manner.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min. 3 years experiences in mining industry, including at least 2 years in Mine Planning,

Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage,

Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications,

Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering,

Ability to use Mine Planning and Scheduling software including practical application to mining operations,

Good knowledge of best practices in Mining operations,

Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
