General Affairs (Japanese Support)

About the role PT Takenaka Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Japanese Support to join our team in Central Jakarta, Jakarta on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and language support to our Japanese clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration across our operations.

What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and managing travel arrangements

Serve as a key point of contact for Japanese clients and colleagues, facilitating seamless communication and information sharing

Translate and interpret Japanese to English and vice versa, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of information

Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents in both languages

Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the organization

What we're looking for

Fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to translate and interpret between the two languages

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in a cross-cultural business environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem‑solving and task completion
