About the Role The Graphic Designer will own visual execution across digital campaigns, paid ads, email, website, product launches, and social media. This role requires a strong portfolio and experience within footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Key Responsibilities Design paid ad creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok) with performance focus Create email marketing visuals and campaign assets Support website design updates and landing page improvements Develop product launch graphics and promotional materials Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels Collaborate with marketing and product teams on creative briefs Requirements 2–6 years of graphic design experience (DTC, footwear, fashion preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing digital and performance-driven creative Experience designing for paid social and e-commerce brands Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and UX principles
