Business Development Manager 3PL - Warehousing About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager 3PL - Warehousing to join our team at PT Kamadjaja Logistics in the vibrant city of South Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our 3PL warehousing services, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities for our 3PL warehousing services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our capabilities.

Negotiate and close contracts to secure new client engagements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with our operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive continued growth.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasting, and overall business performance.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the 3PL or warehousing industry.

Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior‑level stakeholders.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry, including relevant regulations and market trends.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions.

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferable to be able to speak English and Mandarin.
