Strategic Planning & Corporate Finance (Placement Alam Sutera) Support

corporate strategy development , including long-term business plans, growth initiatives, and market expansion strategies

Prepare and analyze

financial models , forecasts, and budgets to support strategic and investment decisions

Conduct

business performance analysis , variance analysis, and KPI tracking

Evaluate

investment opportunities , mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and capital allocation decisions

Perform

valuation analysis

(DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc.)

Capital budgeting, financial projection / modelling, and feasibility studies

Develop management presentations and reports for senior leadership and board-level discussions

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in

Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or related field (minimum GPA > 3.0)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

in strategic planning, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or FP&A

Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis is essential

Exposure to M&A, capital markets, or corporate strategy projects is preferred

Strong

financial modeling and valuation

skills

Solid understanding of

corporate finance principles , accounting, and financial statements

Don’t mind overtime when needed

Strong

presentation and communication

skills

Proficiency in

Excel, PowerPoint , and financial analysis tools

Ability to work under pressure/tight deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
