Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As a Business Development Staff, you will oversee initiatives to identify growth opportunities and expand the company’s reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with the company’s educational mission and goals.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities Effective Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present ideas and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders Proven ability in Lead Generation and developing business opportunities to drive growth Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Familiarity with the trading and financial education industry is an advantage
