Internet of Things Engineer

Key Responsibilities: •Perform troubleshooting for IoT device connectivity issues. •Support IoT gateway, sensor, and platform connectivity. •Analyze telemetry and device communication logs. •Coordinate with network and platform teams for problem resolution. •Customer facing to troubleshoot and coordination in case •Change & execute configuration in activity

Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree / D3 in IT / Telecommunication or being in 3-5 years ahead •Minimum 2–3 years experience in IoT, network, or device connectivity. Knowledge of: •IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP) •IOT Platform such as Jasper, VSS, etc •IOT devices
