ABB . This position reports to: Regional (IMEAA) Excitation Bus Line Mgr. Work Model: Hybrid, Onsite. The role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Excitation Business for Asia. The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Lead the Service organization on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and optimize the utilization of Service resources. Run the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Create and drive implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team. Ensure that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses. Drive, implement, report, and monitor performance targets as part of the unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). Resource planning to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. Drive continuous improvement culture in HSE and quality to achieve service excellence in your area of responsibility. Build sustainable customer relationships to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention of customers together with sales. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business standards and regulations in your area of responsibility. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical, power electronics, or equivalent. 12+ years of experience in a service management role within the power generation and Oil & Gas industries. Proven experience in implementing and driving service strategies, with P&L responsibility. Experience in handling a group of service engineers and managing service jobs. Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel across the allocated region countries. Experience in handling multicultural team members across Asia is preferred. About Us
