Job Description
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in plastic packaging manufacturing
Leadership and communication skill
Familiar with ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer literate
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin skills have more advantage
Responsibilities
Skill to prepare and plan Yearly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily Production data
Skill in preparing SOP and other documents
Prepare/review various documents related to plant/process
Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information
Analysis of operational issues and installation new equipment
Discuss Production schedule, Quality and machine performance with person in charge
Update and report to Senior Manager about plant producion performance
Providing team with technical support and training
Detemining quality control standarts
Ensure production performance in quality, delivery and efficiency
Basic knowledge in stock management

Since then, we start to grow our business by serving AMDK (Air Minum Dalam Kemasan) manufacturing with our products in cup, cap, and bottle through our factory PT SURYASUKSES ABADI PRIMA in Sedati Gedangan - Sidoarjo and PT SURYASUKSES ADI PERKASA in Bekasi - East Java. In 2010, we expand our business to nonwoven spunbound products through PT SURYASUKSES MEKAR MAKMUR featuring AMARI brand.
Our reliability in plastic manufacturing has been proven very much satisfying, both in local and international markets. We export our products to all over the world and serve 1.600 customers in both local and international markets.
