This position will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of Industrial properties.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of Industrial properties.

Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.

Attend to tenants' feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.

Facilitate in the handing over / taking over of premises from tenants.

Processing & monitoring of tenant's fitting out works.

Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.

Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelors in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.

At least 4 years of relevant experiences in building operations management.

Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.

Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.

Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.

Flexible with job location - May be rotated and posted to different job location within Singapore.
