Recruitment & Training Supervisor

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for SIMP Plantation Division

Coordinate with People Development to carry out Training program & activities, including training needs analysis, implementation, and evaluation

Provide reports needed on a regular basis

Manage administrative matters related to Recruitment and Training

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

Minimum 3 years experience in Recruitment & Training

Excellent in Behavioral Event Interview technique and have good understanding of Training management

Able to work independently or in a team, communicative, dynamic, and have good planning and time management skills

Proactive and possess strong coordination skill
