This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Associate, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Junior Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks, research, assisting in project management, contributing to team strategies, and ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks. The role requires effective collaboration across teams, maintaining records, and supporting decision-making processes through data collection and analysis. Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management or Law school from reputable university Previous experiences from Public Accountant Services or Law Firm Strong organizational and multitasking skills for project management and operational support. Proficiency in conducting research and preparing reports or documentation. Good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively. Adaptability to hybrid working environments and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data collection and reporting. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with Accounting tools or software is a plus
